The Android system requires that all installed applications be digitally signed with a certificate whose private key is held by the application's developer. The Android system uses the certificate as a means of identifying the author of an application and establishing trust relationships between applications. The certificate is not used to control which applications the user can install. The certificate does not need to be signed by a certificate authority: it is perfectly allowable, and typical, for Android applications to use self-signed certificates.
If you've hacked the game through the Save Game Extractor and during the game installation, it gives you an error "Application Not Installed!" But why does it give this error? The answer is simple you can't install two same application with different signature unless you uninstall the installed application first. But uninstalling application will also wipe its data & hack will not work. Since Save Game Extractor uses the same package name as the game, Therefore you will not able to install or update the game without signing it. After the Android 4.1+ other app will not able to write other app data, an app will only able to read and write it's own data, to write others app data it will need root permission which would useless because I've made Save Game Extractor for the non-rooted users and by the way, rooted users can manually copy save game into the data folder.
Backup Your Application Without Root
1. Download Assistant for Android from play store it's free and lightweight only 1MB.
2. Open it and Go to Tools > Backup and Restore > Find game which you want to backup & tap on the checkbox and then tap on Backup option at the bottom.
3.APK file will be saved in "AndroidAssistant_appbackup" Folder.
Updating The Hacked Game
You can't update your game from the play store which has been hacked with save game extractor. You have to update it manually!
1. Download APK file for that game which you want to update.
2. Place APK file in SDCARD & Sign it using testkey | see below guide for detailed instruction.
3. Install it & Enjoy!!!
Signing The APK
1. Download ZipSigner from PlayStore
2. Run it & tap on "Choose In/Out" Option and select APK file of that game, If you have backup the apk trough Assistant for Android then the APK will be saved in "AndroidAssistant_appbackup" Folder.
3. Now Tap on "Keys/Mode" Option and choose "testkey"
and then tap on Sign the File. Signing time depend on the Game/App Size.

4. Signed APK File will be saved on the same location as the unsigned apk.
5. Now you can update or install backed up apk & Enjoy Hacked Game!!!
