1.First backup your old game data by using TitaniumBackup.
2. Download Cafeland - World Kitchen Save Game Mod and Extract it.
3. Install and Open Android Assistant, Choose "Backup & Restore" Find Cafeland & tap on the checkbox and then tap on Backup option at the bottom. apk file will be saved in "AndroidAssistant_appbackup" Folder.
