There are already SimCity BuildIt Mod and Save Game available on my websites but the main issue is the profile is shared among the users. EA has already patched the exploit that allowed us to generate Unique ID.
Using GameGuardian to Hack the game yourself, will give you unique ID for your device and your profile will be not shared to anyone, unlike Save Game and Mod.
Since GameGuardian is made for rooted devices, but we can use still Parallel Space on Non-Rooted phones to hack the game. You can also transfer you hacked profile from Parallel Space to your phone.
Note: Do not try this hack on your Main Profile. You will get shadow banned and will be sent to the Naughty Island (cheat server).

Instruction for Hacking Simoleons, Keys, NeoSimoleons and EXP Points:
1. Download Zip File from the above link and extract it.
2. Install GameGuardian open and set up it and then install Parallel Space if your phone is not rooted.
3. Open Parallel Space and Add GameGuardian and SimCity BuildIt. (For Non-Rooted Phones)
4. Complete Game Tutorial then Tap on GameGuardian Icon, Select SimCity and Go to Option, Filter and Change Show from 100 to 400.
Address Follow as (From Simoleons Address):
Address No.2 - SimCash
Address No.3 - Platinum Keys
Address No.4 - NeoSimoleons
Address No.5 - War Simoleons
Address No.6 - Golden
Address No.7 - Random Address Don't change it, it will crash your game.
Address No.8 - Experience Points (EXP)
Don't Change Any Address above Simoleons and below EXP.
9. You can modify any address from above, Expect NeoSimoleons as modifying it before unlocking the NeoBank can break the tutorial. NeoBank Unlock at Level 30. You can either play the game to level up or hack the exp points to level up instantly.
Instruction for Hacking SimCash (Method 1):
1. Simcash can't be hacked by changing the above address, We will hack it by modifying the achievement reward.
So head to the Mayor Mansion (Unlock at lvl 6) and search that achievement requirement and Reward. i.e (achievement requirement;achievement reward:6) You can change 6 to something higher if it failed to find the correct address.
Tip: Hacking big achievement is easy.
2. If it finds more than 2 addresses then Tap on Modify Icon & then Tap on More and put 1 in Increment Tab, then tap on Yes.
3. Go back to the game and check the new amount of achievement requirement and reward and then modify that two addresses in GameGuardian to Hack the SimCash.
4. Collect the achievement to get unlimited SimCash.
Method 2:
1. Dword Search Achievement Requirement.
2. Tap on Modify Icon then Tap on More and put 1 in Increment Tab, then tap on Yes.
3. Go Back the game and check new Achievement Requirement then open GameGuardian and uncheck that address and then Remove and Revert them all.
4. Hold on that address and tap on Go to the Address.
5. Modify it to something lower to complete it instantly. then modify the Reward address below it to hack the reward.
6. Collect the achievement to get unlimited SimCash.
How to Transfer Hacked Save Game From Parallel Space to Phone:
As we all know Parallel is a resources hungry app. It slows down the phone, Drain Battery and Crash often on low to mid-range phones
Good news is you can transfer your profile from parallel space, But this will also replace your old(main) profile.
So we will need to backup our profile so we can restore it later.
transferring your main profile to parallel is also possible.
1. First, we need to force stop the game.
2.Next, we will backup our old profile. To do it Navigate to "/Android/data/" and Copy & Paste "com.ea.game.simcitymobile_row" Folder to somewhere else. You can also rename it.
3. Now Delete all the Files inside "files" Folder
& delete "cache" folder as well. (Folder from step.2)

4. Now Navigate to "com.lbe.parallel.intl /parallel.intl/0/" Folder
Extact Location: /Android/Data/com.lbe.parallel.intl/parallel.intl/0/"
5.And Then Open "com.ea.game.simcitymobile_row" Folder and go to files & Copy The Following files:
"0, 64, 65, 67, 71, ids and appdata"
6. Paste them to "com.ea.game.simcitymobile_row/files/" (Files from step.5)

You can use the same method to restore your old profile or transfer your it to parallel space.
